The following are delivering and ordering specifications:  

Roll size: 

    24" x 60" = 10 sqft      

DELIVERY CHARGES

    All orders under 1,000 sqft will have a $50 delivery charge.  Delivery minimum is 500 sqft.

PLACING ORDERS

    Customer name, address, telephone number and directions are required at the time of order.  Notice is required within 48 hours if sod is damaged.  Let us know which you prefer with you order.

PALLETS

    $8.00 deposit is charged on pallets, refundable on return.

DEMURRAGE (UNLOAD TIME)

    A standard delivery takes approximately 5 minutes to unload a pallet.  For any delivery above 5 minutes per pallet we will charge $75 per hour to unload.  This would be for long driveways and/or difficult delivery sites, etc. We are more than willing to help out and unload your pallets where it is convenient for you.

TERM & CONDITIONS

    Sales on approved credit are allowed a 2% discount if paid in full by the 10th of the month following purchase.  If credit has not been established all sales must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
